Mid Century Modern
Contemporary design meets luxury living in this Memorial mid-century remodel. Vaulted ceilings and new 25′ window brought new space into the home and a mixture of imported lacquer and custom maple cabinetry balance light and warmth throughout. Other details include retro furniture, custom made by our skilled craftsman, powder coated plumbing fixtures in various colors and artisan finished concrete flooring.
Lakes On Eldridge
This home was remediated immediately following Hurricane Harvey. Renovations included installing engineered 7½”Acacia wood flooring throughout, replacing interior doors and of course paint. Our team of craftsman were able to perfectly match the style, molding and color of the new base cabinetry to match the existing uppers for a seamless blend of old and new.
Hunters Creek Village
Our high level of skill and custom millwork capabilities brought the return of traditional beauty to this 1970 New Orleans inspired home. The project began with restoration of original unique architectural features and continued with the renovation of an open functional kitchen, added media and wine rooms and completely remodeled living area, bathrooms and bedroom suites.
River Oaks Remodel
The original palladium arch window was preserved as a focal point of this 1930’s River Oaks home but the rest of this home underwent a beautiful transformation including a great room addition and a second story spacious private master bedroom suite with luxurious master bath. Tray ceilings, custom radius staircase and walnut stained handmade cabinetry are just some of the exceptional details of this multiple award-winning remodel.
Hunters Creek Addition
The appearance of the front of the home was largely untouched, but this award-winning remodel included a full redesign of the first floor and impacted every room of the house, including a relocation of the kitchen to the center of the house and the garage to the back. A two-story extension was added along with a new pool and spa and special consideration was given to an “aging in place” bathroom remodel.
